Our Refund Policy
Should you make a purchase and are not satisfied you have the right to cancel within 7 days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods* (whichever is the longer).
* Goods are CDs, books, online programmes, or digital downloads. Please be aware that once you have cancelled an online programme, your access to the programme will be deleted and any contributions you have made to the programme will be lost.
With regard to personal coaching programmes you have the right to cancel your order/contract with us within 7 days, giving you a 7 day cooling off period.
With regard to CDs and books, if you do cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded on return of the goods in their original condition. The goods must be sent back to :

With regard to EFT/NLP or EmoTrance training, any deposit paid is non-refundable. However the deposit can be used towards another course within 12 months
With regard to online programmes or digital products please email lindamccroft@alternativeapproach.co.uk for your refund.
Delivery Policy
You will receive access to any electronic product immediately unless a “release date” in the future is specified. Any physical products like CD’s or books will be shipped/ despatched quickly by Royal Mail and we ask you to allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us.
We will not sell, rent or give away your personal details to any 3rd party business or person. Furthermore we do not store credit card details.
